For Colds : Chicken Soup
Drinking hot liquid eases cold symptoms, but it has been proven that hot chicken soup is extremely beneficial.

For Sore Throat : Salt Gargle
Liquids soothe a scratchy throat and help wash phlegm away. Gargle 4~5 times a day with a solution of half to one teaspoon of salt and one cup of lukewarm water.

For Hangovers : Water
Don't overindulge. The night of the party, drink a tall glass of water afer every alcoholic drink, and another glass of water before you go to bed. This helps slow down overall alcohol consumption. Alcohol is a diuretic, drinking lots of water helps replace lost fluids.

For Insomnia : Hot Bath
A nice hot soak before bedtime can help you sleep better. It increases your core body temperature and when your body cools down, it reults in deeper sleep.

For Overindulgence : Pineapple
If you've eaten too much, a bit of fresh pineapple may make you feel better. It is loaded with an enzyme that helps you digest protein.
